Meet Sara

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training and experience providing telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based practices with creativity, curiosity, and genuine connection.

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings with diverse populations, which has shaped a flexible and collaborative therapy style. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.

Outside of therapy, I’m deeply inspired by the outdoors and the grounding power of nature. I enjoy staying active, such as running the New York City Marathon, and have lived in multiple countries, which has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of being.

  • My fee per session is $145 and each session lasts between 45-60 minutes.

Payment is due at the time of service.

  •  I accept out-of-pocket (self-pay) and am in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

For clients who are using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance company to understand your benefits.

  • At your scheduled appointment time, we’ll meet virtually in a private, secure space. During the intake, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you or your child to therapy, your goals, and how we can work together to support progress. The first visit is also a chance to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship.

You’re welcome to ask questions at any point.

  • Sessions are designed to feel supportive, collaborative, and paced to your comfort level. Whether through conversation, play, or skill-building, the goal is to create a safe space that facilitates understanding support, empowerment, and growth in a digital environment.

  • Yes! You can book a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect before scheduling.

  • My work is grounded in values of equity, advocacy, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I am committed to practicing therapy through an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens, and I strive to create a space where all individuals and families feel seen, heard, and supported.
