Welcome
Welcome
Hi, I’m Sara. I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, family stress, identity questions, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I want you to know that therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) providing telehealth therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion regulation skills, trauma-informed care, and creative digital tools — especially when working with children and teens.
I believe that healing happens in safe relationships. My role isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, build skills to manage emotions, and feel more confident navigating your world. For kids and teens, that might look like interactive digital play, expressive activities, or skill-building woven into engaging conversations. For adults, it may involve exploring patterns, strengthening boundaries, and reconnecting with values.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young people and families through transitions — new schools, identity development, family changes, academic stress, and the increasing pressures of life.
Therapy with me is structured but flexible. We work toward clear goals, but we also make space for curiosity, reflection, and growth. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with tools you can actually use in real life.
If you’re considering starting therapy, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
